Delete your account & data

You can delete your Tendmory account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies to the Tendmory Care app, the Tendmory Work app, and your account on tendmory.com.

How to delete your account

• Using the form below. Submit the request form on this page and we'll delete your account and personal data.
• By email. You can also write to [email protected] from the address on your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we remove your personal information — your name, phone number, email, notification tokens, saved payment references, and any photos or notes you added — from our active systems.

How long it takes

Requests through this form or by email are completed within 30 days; we'll email you to confirm when it's done.
